Our CDOT access permit recommends we consolidate the two exising entrances and have one. The main entrance is to be converted to an "emergency" only entrance. This will require the design and installation of a gate, Knox Box, and signage. We need someone to define the requirements and plan for the gate and coordinate it's installation. |

The property contains a large number of discarded tires which much be property disposed of. We are contracturally obligated to dispose of them in a legal manner. We need someone to research and coordinate how to get rid of the tires and dispose of them immediately upon closing. |
Suggestion to advertize for "earth house" build - someone might take all the tires. Since tire disposal is regulated we need to see what permitting requirements might exist. |

The property contains a large inventory of car parts which can be sold to support the building reconfiguration. We want to maximize the value of this inventory by selling it to interested parties. This effort includes indentifying plans to possibly sell items ourselves or contacting area Nissan dealership to gauge their interest in buying the invoentory. |

As we establish a contstruction budget, I would like to get ahead of the costs by creating some videos to share the story of what God has done. Also, if there is any simple fund raising campaigns we can engage in that help the church step in in a tangible way, we need to consider this. Its important to me to not "over tap" our congregation, instead asking our church to contribute via tithing. This fundraising will help with this. Set up room sponsorships or room adoption opportunities. |

A semi trailer resides on the property and encroaches into the neighboring property. We are to remove the trailer from the neighboring property. This will require heavy equipment. We ultimately might need to remove the trailer entirely which requires someone to define a plan complete the removal. |

The person will possibly have to coordinate any special permitting with the city.
